OrthoIllinois serves the northern Illinois region in multi-specialty orthopedics with nationally recognized fellowship-trained physicians recruited from the top surgical and medical training programs in the country. OrthoIllinois provides care at five full-service offices in Algonquin, Elgin, McHenry, and Rockford. A new 49,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art medical facility in Elgin is opening in 2022. We offer a comprehensive array of services including physical, occupational and hand therapy with 12 rehabilitation centers throughout the region; advanced imaging capability including MRI, CT scan and digital X-rays; infusion treatments; custom orthotics / prosthetics and durable medical products; an outpatient surgery center, and walk-in orthopedic urgent care at three Injury Express® locations.

The practice is committed to the advancement of healthcare and operates a research department and a cadaveric training center with live and virtual interactive video capabilities for regional, national, and international participation. Physicians from all over the United States and world have traveled to OrthoIllinois to learn the latest techniques from our surgeons. In partnership with the University of Illinois School of Medicine, Rush University Medical Center, and OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, OrthoIllinois provides onsite training for residents, medical students, podiatrists, physician assistants, therapists, medical technicians, surgical technicians and cast technicians. Our physicians are frequently sought as expert teachers on the latest surgical techniques at conferences throughout the world.

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush (MOR) is among the International leaders in musculoskeletal health.
